STATESVILLE, N.C. – February 13, 2026 – AGRITX, a pioneer in livestock wellness and sustainability, today announced plans to accelerate the production, distribution, and marketing of its flagship product, AGRITX F-65, throughout 2026. Following a year of significant operational milestones—including the treatment of over 50 million eggs—the company is transitioning from research and development to large-scale commercial distribution.
AGRITX F-65 is a proprietary formula of prebiotics, probiotics, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. Unlike traditional supplements, it is applied to the exterior of eggshells to influence broiler chickens’ gut health at the embryonic stage, providing a head start on immunity and development before they even hatch.
“Our priorities over the past three years were focused on product optimization and delivery platforms,” said Dr. Gina Sloan, CEO of AGRITX. “Last year, we ramped up field trials with top poultry producers across the U.S. to demonstrate success on farms, proving that our technology can meet the burgeoning demand of the industry.”
The company’s growth is supported by an initial seed funding round closed in July 2025, led by AgTech venture capital firm Innova Memphis, Inc. This follows an earlier 2025 contribution from the North Carolina Biotechnology Center which helped expand initial production capabilities. This latest capital investment enables the quickly growing NC company to bring on additional talent, focus on scaling production and commercial activity here in the USA and evaluate market entry into adjacent markets.
“Innova is thrilled to partner with the AGRITX team as they redefine the standard for early-stage avian health,” said Dean Didato, Partner at Innova Memphis. “By targeting the broiler chicken hatchery segment with a non-invasive, embryonic-stage solution, they are addressing a critical window of development. This technology doesn’t just improve hatch rates and livability; it fundamentally shifts the economic needle for growers by boosting overall hatchery profitability. We believe this innovation is a cornerstone for a more resilient and efficient poultry supply chain.”
