When considering an investment, Innova carefully screens the technical and business merits of the proposed idea or company. Innova invests in a small percentage of the businesses we review. Going forward, we actively work with the company's management by contributing our own experience gained from helping other companies with similar growth challenges.

Innova is developing a portfolio of young companies in a single venture fund. Our goal is to nurture the growth of high technology and entrepreneurial efforts in the MidSouth that will result in significant job creation, economic growth and competitiveness.

Ken Woody is a proven senior executive with extensive experience in medical device sales, and general management. Ken is an outstanding communicator and has demonstrated his decisive leadership, team building, and organizational effectiveness throughout a successful career of increasing responsibility and bottom-line accomplishments. Ken founded Innova to grow businesses in the dynamic Memphis community.
