Brandon Wellford

Brandon has led a successful career in businesses ranging from a NYSE traded company to a small cattle farm. He has been an owner and manager of small businesses and large asset portfolios, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Brandon began his career as an Internal Auditor, Planning Manager, and Assistant Controller before moving into asset management, property management and development of investment grade real estate. After spending the first 22 years of his career outside of Memphis, he returned home to work with the Memphis Bioworks Foundation where he serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Real Estate.

He has extensive experience with business analysis including budgeting, forecasting, and business plan development. Brandon has negotiated loans, contracts and leases with banks, Fortune 500 and international companies. He has successfully developed, managed and sold several real estate related projects.

Brandon serves as the Corporate Treasurer and Secretary for Innova Memphis.
